What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term remote customer support, customer service, or sales support position with an international company where I can use my communication skills, English proficiency, and customer-facing experience while continuing to develop professionally.

In remote phone-based sales, I spoke with customers about products, answered their questions, and shared relevant information. I identified customer needs and communicated suitable options clearly.

I managed customer conversations independently, adapting my approach to different people while keeping interactions polite and service-oriented. I worked toward sales objectives while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

My experience also includes welding and other work environments, where I followed procedures and quality standards. I studied Economics, Hospitality & Tourism at Southern Federal University and am seeking a long-term remote role where I can keep developing professionally.
