What I'm looking for
I’m an IT support and customer service professional transitioning into cybersecurity, focused on combining real-world support experience with hands-on technical learning. I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, written technical communication, and customer-focused problem solving in fast-paced environments.
At Amazon (HR Representative for US population), I assisted employees through internal support systems and case management processes. I resolved issues while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality, and I communicated effectively in English with both customers and internal teams—always following procedures and keeping documentation organized.
Before that, I managed daily operations and customer service as a Branch Manager, where I coordinated administrative tasks, inventory, and issue resolution while handling multiple responsibilities at once. Earlier, as a Lift Operator in an international resort setting, I supported safe daily operations and worked closely with multicultural teams, strengthening my adaptability, communication, and teamwork.
Now I’m actively building technical competence through TryHackMe labs and technical training. I’m practicing networking and troubleshooting fundamentals, cybersecurity fundamentals, and Windows basics—translating what I learn into clear, structured support thinking, so I can contribute reliably in IT and continue growing toward cybersecurity-focused work.
