At Capgemini, I lead Marketing Operations analytics and artwork planning for a global CPG/FMCG account across the United States and Canada. I manage portfolio priorities, capacity, dependencies, delivery risks, and artwork documentation across projects, timelines, and SKUs.

I built Power BI dashboards and a 75-measure DAX framework for backlog, approvals, rework, capacity, and portfolio risk. I also created a project-governance analytics platform for 300+ active projects using Microsoft Project XML data, helping PMO and Innovation leaders identify delays, launch-date drift, critical-path exposure, and data-quality issues.

Previously at Bayer, I led 48 employees in a 24/6 pharmaceutical manufacturing operation and helped launch the company's first sachet production line in Guatemala. By improving equipment performance, planning, and operating practices, I increased sustained OEE from 25% to 80% and raised monthly output to 180,000–200,000 units.

I enjoy turning complex operational processes into practical decision-support products, from Python and OCR automation to capacity models, SQL tools, and executive reporting. My work combines data quality, governance, financial analysis, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.
