Angie Flores

At Visa Inc., I lead the development and automation of executive business reviews, turning multiple data sources into scalable analytics for client and executive decision-making across Central America.

I build commercial-performance and pipeline-tracking tools with VQL, Power BI, and Python, and analyze sales and client data to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and actionable insights. I also developed an AI agent that structures commercial requests and improves end-to-end tracking.

During my internship at BMI Guatemala, I proposed process optimizations grounded in data analysis, cost evaluation, and technical feasibility, earning executive approval for implementation. I also developed an API-integration project plan and projected cost-saving scenarios for insurance products.

I'm completing an Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in Digital Sustainability at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. Alongside analytics and project work, I've supported Calculus I and II students and create visual content for OWSD to highlight women in science and technology.
