I'm looking for product operations, technical customer success, functional QA, community and marketing operations, or documentation-focused work where I can turn ambiguity into clear processes and useful follow-up.

At Asphodel Studios, I led marketing, community, and product operations for Kamigotchi, growing X/Twitter from zero to nearly 10,000 organic followers and managing an international Discord community.

I redesigned ticket and incident workflows, coordinated daily priorities, supervised two people, and supported QA, playtesting, bug documentation, and launch follow-up. I also work close to development through UI/UX flows, Figma specifications, documentation, trackers, and public local-first projects including TransferOps, MenuMaker, and Paint by Numbers.
