What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support U.S. payroll operations end-to-end—solving payroll issues, guiding clients, and ensuring accurate compliance—while collaborating cross-functionally and continuously improving my documentation and technical troubleshooting.

I’m a bilingual Payroll Support Specialist supporting U.S. payroll operations through the isolved platform. I provide technical and operational help for payroll entry, earnings & deductions configuration, payroll corrections, and direct deposits, including out-of-cycle payrolls.

I strengthen payroll compliance support by assisting with W-2 and W-4 reporting, tax-related inquiries, garnishments management, workers’ compensation codes, and benefits administration support such as 401(k) plans. I investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

I deliver empathetic customer support in fast-paced environments using Five9 for inbound/outbound calls, while managing cases and documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). I’m known for clear communication, strong documentation practices, and fast adaptability to platform and regulation updates.
