What I'm looking for

I’m open to Payroll Specialist, Payroll Analyst, and Senior Payroll roles in U.S. or multi-country payroll. I’m seeking remote, hybrid, or on-site work in Bogotá, as an employee or contractor. I’m also open to risk and fraud analyst roles.

At Fourth, I handled full-cycle W-2 payroll for 35+ multi-client accounts, with weekly and biweekly schedules and on-time submissions. I was also the primary payroll contact for a 34-location restaurant group with hourly and tipped employees.

At Vensure Employer Solutions, I supported payroll across 100+ client accounts in more than 10 U.S. states. I built an Excel and Power Query workflow to consolidate, clean, and validate payroll inputs into a refreshable, audit-ready report.

At TMF Group, I managed U.S. payroll operations for global clients, prepared General Ledger reports, and administered 401(k) contributions and deductions. Earlier, on the Capital One account at Concentrix, I investigated suspicious activity and analyzed fraud patterns.

Since January 2026, I’ve been building AI and workflow automations, including self-hosted n8n agent pipelines and support-intake workflows. I’m based in Bogotá and work in English and Spanish.
