What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can contribute customer service, administrative support, and psychology training through organized client care, reporting, follow-up, and workshop facilitation.

I'm a Psychology student at Universidad de Ibagué, combining client care with administrative and operational support.

At Golden Steel, I provide in-person and virtual customer service, manage inventory, organize products, and support operations during high-demand periods.

As a Psychology Practitioner with Pastoral Social de Ibagué and Universidad de Ibagué's Psychological Counseling Center, I prepare reports, manage databases, follow up on cases, and support child and adult populations under supervision.

I also plan psychoeducational workshops, training sessions, and educational activities for children, bringing an organized, assertive, service-oriented approach and B2 English skills.
