I'm currently a Returns Supervisor at CTDI, leading return inspection, disposition, inventory accuracy, recovery, safety, and continuous-improvement work across reverse logistics processes.

Previously, I supervised quality control at CTDI, delivering daily KPI reporting, labor planning, inspection-process improvements, corrective actions, SOPs, and coaching for QC teams. I also serve as a Branch Ambassador and Tech Center Edge Section Head, where I support events, business reporting, radio testing, server upgrades, production targets, and cross-functional coordination.

Before CTDI, I coordinated shipments for key national accounts at Callaway Golf Company using SAP and customer TMS systems. I scheduled carriers, monitored fulfillment, communicated with customers and carriers, and trained new hires in systems and processes.

Across more than nine years in shipping and logistics, I've built experience in receiving, order fulfillment, quality auditing, team training, reporting, and operational issue resolution.
