I'm looking to lead innovative cross-functional projects where I can use AI, product-launch experience, and team collaboration to improve operations and develop new skills.

At VR Products I, I lead B2B and B2C product launches from R&D through market delivery for smoking-cessation alternatives, peptides, and supplements. I coordinate R&D, marketing, IT, operations, and sales while supporting launches on a six-month cadence.

I build practical systems that help teams work better, including CRM workflows and AI-assisted HTML tools for order tracking, reconciliation, and internal processes. I’ve also built a 45-person remote internal communications function, with onboarding, newsletters, engagement initiatives, and culture events.
