What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to procurement, operations, or administrative teams where I can optimize processes, strengthen supplier relationships, improve operational control, and support strategic decisions focused on cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

I've managed purchasing at TRACMEX, planning procurement for supplies, spare parts, tools, and consumables while coordinating with maintenance, service, sales, and operations teams. I also supported government procurement bids for the Government of Quintana Roo and the Mexican Navy, developed suppliers, and negotiated credit agreements to strengthen supply-chain competitiveness.

Previously, I ran Carvão, where I used monthly operational and sales reporting, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management to improve performance and reduce food waste. My background also includes administrative process support at DIMASUR and guest-service operations at Grand Hotel.
