I’m an industrial engineer focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and KPI development across logistics and manufacturing environments. I combine Lean methods with data-driven analysis to find bottlenecks and drive practical, sustainable change.

In my recent logistics work, I monitor workflow efficiency using daily operational metrics, time studies, and 5 Whys to improve throughput and reduce delays. I collaborate with operations teams on process mapping and supply chain solutions design to optimize package flow, while supporting adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Previously as an Operations Engineer, I partnered with production and quality teams to troubleshoot sanitation process issues and implement corrective actions aligned to SOP and GMP requirements. Through root cause analysis and Lean problem-solving, I helped deliver a 13% increase in production efficiency, while improving compliance documentation, chemical inventory tracking, and maintenance/operating procedures.

My technical toolkit supports my improvement mindset: I use SQL and Python to extract and analyze large datasets for KPI reporting, and I build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. I also apply statistical methods and quality tools—Minitab, SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma (Green Belt)—to strengthen monitoring, validation, and defect-reduction outcomes.
