Aleatanu noela
@aleatanunoela
Humanitarian & development specialist advancing child protection, education in emergencies, and GBV prevention through participatory programming.
What I'm looking for
I’m a humanitarian and development professional with over eight years of experience designing and delivering programs that strengthen child protection, education in emergencies, GBV prevention, peacebuilding, and youth empowerment in conflict-affected communities. I’m driven by my commitment to advancing the rights, protection, and meaningful participation of vulnerable and displaced youth.
I’ve led impactful, multi-sector interventions and partnerships—supervising a team of 10 staff and volunteers, securing donor funding, and delivering results like reaching 4,000+ direct and 15,000+ indirect beneficiaries through protection and education initiatives. From film-based GBV prevention models to case management, safeguarding, community mobilisation, and MEL reporting, I focus on practical systems that communities can sustain.
