What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote junior Customer Support or Affiliate role in iGaming where I can use multilingual communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and digital tools to support customers, users, and partners.

I've managed an Instagram page daily during a digital marketing internship, curating content, engaging its audience, and monitoring basic growth metrics.

I bring clear, reliable communication in Italian, Macedonian, and English, alongside strong computer skills and confidence using online platforms, email, chat, and digital tools.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote, goal-oriented environments. My attention to detail, logical thinking, and organized approach transfer well to customer support, community management, and affiliate partner relations.

With an Information Technology diploma from IIS Luigi Einaudi in Alba, I'm ready to contribute to a junior Customer Support or Affiliate role in iGaming.
