What I'm looking for

I’m interested in Applied Scientist, Research Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, and Optimization roles at the intersection of AI, mathematical optimization, and real-world decision-making.

At University of Catania, I developed a Cluster-based Deep Reinforcement Learning agent integrated with an event-driven Digital Twin for semiconductor batch dispatching. It improved total moves by 7.86% compared with the company’s industrial policy while matching its zero-scrap target.

My research also includes discrete-event simulation and distributed training pipelines for manufacturing dispatching, alongside machine learning approaches to anomaly detection in industrial sensor data. I’ve applied deep learning to healthcare process digitalization and published work on optimization, production systems, and clinical risk monitoring.

Earlier, I developed web applications at Accenture Technology and a cloud-native Kubernetes application at Poste Italiane – Digital Technology & Operations. I’m interested in work at the intersection of AI, mathematical optimization, and real-world decision-making.
