I seek a senior finance role where I can lead accounting and audit functions, improve controls, implement systems, and support growth through strong financial management and compliance.

I am a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial management and corporate services across Belize and international clients. I have led finance teams, managed audits, and implemented internal controls for hotels, resorts, NGOs and private companies.

As a Financial Controller and Director of Finance, I managed full accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, tax filings and regulatory reporting while improving cost controls and cash flow. I supervised audit teams at the Office of the Auditor General, performing financial and performance audits to ensure compliance with international standards.

In my freelance and consultancy roles, I provided corporate formation, offshore banking support, payroll and POS/PMS implementations, forensic audits, grant proposal drafting and grant management for diverse industries including manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceutical and agriculture. I have implemented inventory systems (WASP), accounting software integrations (RoomMaster, QuickBooks) and strengthened internal audit frameworks.
