I'm looking for remote or relocation opportunities where I can build production AI applications, LLM and RAG systems, data-driven products, and secure enterprise automation.

At PropMarker, I build live enterprise AI applications, including a document-intelligent RAG chatbot that raised internal QA pass rates from 76.9% to 100% with zero hallucinations across 42 proprietary documents.

I've also built a UK-wide geospatial property risk engine covering 38M+ records and 3,096 postcode districts, plus an NLP tagging pipeline that extracts 50+ structured property tags from real estate listings. I work across LangChain, LangGraph, Python, FastAPI, vector databases, cloud data engineering, and secure AI systems.
