Alan Macias

I've supported customer service and high-volume operations at McDonald's, Amazon Warehouse, Goodwill Industries, Ocenco, Subway, and Intech in Kenosha. I handle drive-thru orders, cash registers, specialty beverages, merchandise processing, stock organization, and clean work areas.

At Ocenco, I conducted incoming-material inspections, audited production processes, used testing equipment, and maintained inspection documentation for traceability. I also inspected items for damage, received and scanned stock, and supported accurate inventory management at Amazon Warehouse.

At Goodwill Industries, I processed donations across textiles, electronics, media, housewares, shoes, and miscellaneous items. I sorted, priced, tagged, rotated sales-floor merchandise, tracked daily production, and collaborated with the team to achieve sales goals.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, certified as a Quality Technician, and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, Windows, POS systems, computer hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking setup. I bring a strong focus on quality, organization, teamwork, and efficient service.
