I seek senior engineering roles where I can lead multidisciplinary product development, apply FEA and systems engineering, and mentor teams in a collaborative, standards-driven environment.

Mr. Gaensbauer is a Project Manager/Systems Engineer with over 30 years of experience. He has been involved in all phases of Engineering development, from proposals, project management, concept design through to evaluation and testing in the medical, analytical, military, and nuclear industries. He has particular experience in 3D Modeling, FEA, Shock and Vibration, and prototype test program development and implementation as well as technical documentation and adherence to standards. Mr. Gaensbauer’s past projects include: Long Term Storage of Used Nuclear Fuel, MRI Equipment, Emergency Oxygen Resuscitator, Autoclave units, Medical Simulation Surgery Tools, Explosives and Narcotics Trace Detectors, non-invasive Heart Monitor Device, and nuclear detection units. Mr. Gaensbauer has a proven record of team participation and technical liaison between corporate departments, consultants, and contractors resulting in consistently meeting timelines and budget allocations.
