At Flex-N-Gate, I lead cross-functional automotive engineering programs and manage projects from proposal and costing through design, validation, and production launch. I delivered six major product launches and developed Python software and documentation processes that save more than 20,000 engineering hours annually.
I also designed and deployed a document search and change-impact application used daily by about 24 engineers. Earlier, at ABC Group (now ABC Technologies), I managed engineering for plastic air induction programs and coordinated APQP meetings and engineering changes.
