I’m a Data Engineer and Data Analyst based in the Dominican Republic, with several years of hands-on experience building, maintaining, and improving data platforms and business intelligence solutions.

My core experience is in SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, SAP, and enterprise data warehousing. I work extensively with ETL, data integration, dimensional modeling, reporting, data quality, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting. I work with data from enterprise systems such as SAP, transforming and integrating it through SQL Server and SSIS into data warehouses and analytical models consumed through Power BI.

I’ve worked with large data volumes and complex BI environments, including data warehouse tables with hundreds of millions of rows, substantial SSIS workloads, SQL Server Agent scheduling, SSISDB execution management, and SSAS Tabular models. I’m comfortable troubleshooting across the entire data pipeline, from source data and transformation logic to SQL performance, infrastructure, permissions, connectivity, and the analytical layer.

A significant part of my work involves SQL development and optimization. I regularly work with complex queries, stored procedures, joins, transformations, incremental loading processes, and data warehouse procedures. I also have practical experience with SQL Server administration, including logins, users, permissions, SQL Agent jobs, database storage, resource management, and production troubleshooting.

On the BI side, I develop and support SSAS Tabular and Power BI solutions, including semantic models, measures, live connections, row-level security, performance optimization, administration, and automated report distribution. I’ve also worked with APIs and external tools to automate BI workflows.

While my strongest professional background is in the Microsoft data stack, I’m actively expanding into modern data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI. I’m developing my skills in Python, Pandas, APIs, data ingestion, machine learning, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Google Cloud, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, and workflow automation. I’m particularly interested in technologies such as Supabase, Fabric, ClickHouse, LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.

I enjoy solving complex data problems and finding ways to make systems more reliable, scalable, automated, and useful. I’m especially interested in projects where data engineering, analytics, automation, and AI overlap.

I’m currently looking for remote part-time opportunities, freelance or project-based contracts, consulting work, and flexible ongoing engagements. I’m open to roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, BI Developer, SQL Developer, ETL Developer, or projects involving data automation and analytics. I’m comfortable working independently, learning unfamiliar technologies, and taking ownership of solutions from data extraction through to the final analytical result.
