I also operate D.Done Tech and Gadgets Store, handling mobile-phone and accessory sales, phone swaps, customer enquiries, negotiations, after-sales support, and day-to-day business operations. I promote products through social media, particularly TikTok, while supporting inventory availability and sales opportunities.

Previously at Risho Travel and Tours, I visited corporate client offices, built client relationships, supported sales goals, and assisted with office administration. At Haqa Enterprises and Gracious Store, I supported customer service, product promotion, service renewals, transactions, cash handling, deliveries, and online marketing content.
