What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a branch or operations management role where I can lead teams, improve sales and product availability, control waste, and deliver strong customer service.

I currently manage a Saadeddin Pastry branch, where I reduced product waste from 5% to 3% while focusing on sales growth across retail, wholesale, and delivery applications.

I work with Talabat and Jahez, which contribute 15% to 20% of sales, and prioritize product availability, hospitality, bill averages, quality, and audit results.

Previously, I supervised branch operations at Saadeddin Pastry, supporting daily and monthly orders, inventory, audits, sales control, returns, cashier work, and expiration-date checks.

I’ve also managed market operations in Egypt, preparing stock for seasonal demand, assigning staff responsibilities, and coordinating with factories and suppliers. I enjoy developing teams and building strong customer relationships.
