What I'm looking for

I want a business-side role at the centre of how a company runs, owning real problems end to end with product and leadership. I bring structure to fast-moving teams, and next I want to do that at a company growing at scale, with clear goals and room to take on bigger scope. I also want to find the places where AI can make the business run better.

I’m a program leader with 6+ years of product-led operations at Ola and Mstack, working across business, product and engineering. I sit where group strategy meets heavy ground ops, and I like turning messy operational problems into plans and systems that scale.

My work falls into three areas:

Strategy & operations: I’ve built the planning and review rhythm for leadership, including the annual operating plan, OKRs and business reviews, and made sure decisions actually turned into action across sales, supply and ops.

Product ops: I own the business side of the product roadmap. I write the requirements, set sprint priorities and sign off on what ships across three internal platforms used by teams in India, the US, UAE and China. I took those platforms to 100% adoption across 200+ users in six weeks.

Automation and AI: I designed and built a Claude-based order tracking system that removed manual follow-ups for 500+ daily orders, and I look for the next process like that wherever I work.
