I’m a Full Stack Java Developer with 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications using Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS. I specialize in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Kafka-based event streaming, and I build cloud-native distributed systems that emphasize reliability, clean code, and performance optimization.

Most recently, at Mutual of Omaha, I designed a microservices-based architecture using Java and Spring Boot (DDD), deployed and managed containerized services on AWS EKS with Helm and autoscaling, and implemented event-driven communication with Apache Kafka (including retries and dead-letter queues). I also built secure REST APIs with Spring Security/OAuth2/JWT, created serverless workflows with AWS Lambda, and strengthened quality through JUnit 5, Mockito, and TDD within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and GitHub Actions). I partner closely with SRE/DevOps teams using Terraform and observability tooling (Splunk, CloudWatch, Prometheus) while mentoring developers and collaborating across Agile teams.
