I’m looking for a remote role where I can troubleshoot customer and technical issues, improve UiPath automation workflows, document solutions for faster resolution, and collaborate with teams under clear SLAs and quality targets.

I’m a customer-focused technical support professional with 4+ years of experience diagnosing software, hardware, and process issues across voice, remote-support, and automation environments. I’m skilled at troubleshooting complex technical problems, guiding end users to resolution, and escalating high-severity incidents using defined SLAs.

In my current role as a Technical Support Associate (Voice) for Airbnb at Concentrix, I diagnose and troubleshoot technical and account-access issues via the voice channel, resolve app, payment, and connectivity errors in real time, and document every interaction in the CRM to maintain an accurate case history and knowledge base. I consistently work toward quality, first-contact-resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.

Before that, I supported and built UiPath-based automation workflows, troubleshooting bot failures, selector issues, and environment configuration problems, and documenting root-cause analyses and fixes to create reusable support knowledge. I also provided technical and data support for reporting and data pipeline issues, strengthening my ability to combine problem-solving with clear documentation and independent, remote execution.
