I am a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organisational Psychology and Labour Relations Management. My experience encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. I have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and am proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing me to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. My organizational abilities enable me to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
