Led technology delivery across retail media, enterprise marketing, mobile applications, and audience management, coordinating teams of up to 20 people across offshore and onshore locations. Managed complex application development programs using Magento and led the migration of an audience management platform to Growth Loop, reducing distribution time from 3 days to a few hours.
Led a team of 35 across an onsite-offshore delivery model while managing a major oil and gas lubricants portfolio spanning PLM, SAP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and .NET. Managed a project portfolio valued at nearly $8 million, covering business demand, budget control, governance, stakeholder management, forecasting, and delivery across multiple technology stacks.
Led 7 consultants responsible for developing SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions for multiple internal teams. Gathered requirements and developed knowledge management platforms with search functionality, and developed the concept of Knowledge Management as a Service as a potential revenue stream.
Led a team of 4 delivering Microsoft SharePoint projects while working directly with client IT counterparts to gather requirements and coordinate offshore delivery. Led development of a video sharing platform that enabled brand managers to share campaign videos across multiple brands.
