I’m a B.Tech Computer Science student with a strong technical foundation and a genuine passion for human resources and IT recruitment. I bring internship experience in software development, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and excellent communication skills.

I aim to support organizational HR goals by leveraging my ability to understand technical job requirements across roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, SAP Consultants, Cybersecurity, and AI professionals. I handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle management—candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and employee referrals; resume screening and candidate evaluation; HR telephonic interviews and initial screening; interview coordination with hiring managers and clients; and offer rollout, follow-up, and candidate onboarding support—while maintaining recruitment trackers and talent pipelines for ongoing IT needs.

I also strengthen my recruiting effectiveness through hands-on testing and delivery experience. As a Software Development Intern at Code Alpha Pvt. Ltd., I developed a full-stack Hotel Management System using Java, AWT, and JDBC and performed end-to-end manual testing with structured documentation—building precision and quality focus that translate directly to evaluating technical candidates. My final-year project (an automated Electricity Billing System) further reinforced my problem-solving, SDLC/STLC-aligned testing, and end-to-end ownership mindset.
