I’m a passionate, internationally-oriented English language professional with 4+ years of experience in teaching, public speaking, and academic mentoring. I design lessons and learning experiences aligned with CEFR and NIS standards, bringing strong cross-cultural communication into every classroom.
I build assessment systems that students can grow from—creating formative and summative tools such as writing rubrics and speaking tasks. I also lead debate learning through the WSDC-format program, mentoring students for regional and international tournaments and coaching argumentation and public speaking.
Alongside teaching leadership, I’ve developed operational and teamwork strengths from working as a Passenger Service Agent at Turkistan International Airport, including twice acting as Head of Passenger Handling. With a Master’s Degree in English and Turkish and an IELTS Academic score of 7.5, I’m ready to contribute clear instruction, thoughtful assessment, and motivated student coaching.
