I've spent over nine years supporting adolescents in secondary-school settings through academic guidance, mentoring, and English language instruction.

At Secondary School Lyceum No. 36, I guide students in grades 7–12 through goal setting, academic planning, motivation, and individualized support. I monitor progress, communicate with families, and create inclusive classrooms where students can build confidence.

Previously at Nazarbayev Intellectual School, I supported diverse learning needs, student progress monitoring, intervention planning, and parent communication. As a private English tutor, I tailored instruction to learners' academic goals, transitions, and examinations.

I'm also a Jas Leader Program facilitator, leading sessions on identity, responsibility, communication, resilience, and teamwork. I bring fluent English, native Kazakh and Russian, and a commitment to equitable education, college access, and student advocacy.
