I’m a Java Backend Engineer with 5+ years building high-availability microservices for CCaaS and real-time communications platforms. I specialize in event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and VoIP integrations, with a focus on reliable, high-concurrency communication flows.

At Nextiva, I engineered real-time WebSocket communication between distributed microservices and frontend clients, enabling high-concurrency event streaming across the CCaaS platform. I also drove a 10x throughput improvement by migrating heavy data-deletion and processing logic to optimized cloud-native workflows on GCP, and implemented secrets masking across RESTful APIs to prevent raw credential exposure in logs and responses.

Previously at Subex Limited, I architected and owned microservices and RESTful APIs for large-scale enterprise distributed systems. I built micro-frontend Angular applications with lazy loading (cutting page load time by 40%) and designed Kafka-based event-driven architecture for asynchronous messaging and real-time data streaming.

Across my projects, I’ve focused on real-time voice systems and secure platforms—building a WebRTC softphone and call routing engine using Twilio and FreeSWITCH, and creating a secure multi-agent chatbot platform with Spring Security, JWT, and MongoDB-backed session management.
