What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead finance data science work—building Python/ML models and scorecards that cut DPD/NPA, automate insights, and support smarter credit-risk decisions in a dynamic, high-accountability team.

I’m a results-oriented data science professional with nearly 3.8 years of experience in finance, currently serving as a Chief Manager at Tyger Capital & Tyger Home Finance. I focus on leveraging Python for data analysis and machine learning model development to turn complex datasets into data-informed decision-making.

I’ve innovated machine learning models and created performance scorecards to drive strategic business analysis, progress tracking, and risk mitigation. I also handled trigger enquiry automation using Python, SQL, and AWS to improve operational efficiency, and I built channel activation models to predict customer logins and support business growth. In my Bureau Thick & Thin Score Card work, I helped achieve a 1.5% reduction in 90+ Days Past Due (DPD) and Non-Performing Assets (NPA).

Earlier, as an Analytics Manager at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, I guided teams, automated analytics workflows using Python/SQL/AWS to improve processing speed and generate MIS, and translated stakeholder needs into data-driven solutions. I’ve successfully conceptualized and deployed a Branch Default Propensity Model within six months, strengthening early detection of high-risk branches and improving risk management strategies.
