In my AI PM project for Aza, I diagnosed a 69% severe service-failure rate and built a functional agentic workflow prototype using Emergent AI. I also designed instant A-Pay wallet refunds and drove a 73% re-spend rate within 72 hours, backed by JTBD mapping and clear success metrics.

I pair fast prototyping with rigorous QA—documenting edge cases, reproducing failure scenarios, and logging fraud detection gaps as structured next-step tickets. On the financial inclusion platform, I ran 10+ user interviews, identified adoption barriers (trust deficit, low digital literacy, onboarding friction), and authored PRDs for 8 prioritized features with AI safeguards and conversational UI flows.

I’m actively building from discovery to delivery, owning roadmaps, PRDs, and measurement frameworks (activation, task completion time, first-week retention). My foundation spans Product Management with Generative & Agentic AI, plus data and generative AI training, and I’ve used product-led storytelling from a Business Development internship to sharpen positioning.
