At UnifyApps, I shipped and scaled BoAt AI Co-Pilot, enabling non-technical users to generate queries, cohorts, and insights without writing SQL. I improved LLM copilot accuracy from 30% to 91% by re-architecting the data layer (18 to 7 master tables) and strengthening retrieval and instructions, validated on 97 business queries. I also drove a 99% reduction in cohort creation turnaround time (2 days to 15 minutes) across 4 teams, eliminating recurring analyst dependency.

I’ve also delivered end-to-end AI applications, owned PRDs and go-live support, and built a Swiggy manager-assist AI agent for performance cycles. Earlier, I conducted root-cause analysis at PharmEasy and designed automated dashboards, and at Languify.ai helped shape a 0-to-1 stealth MVP through user research, RICE prioritization, PRDs, and wireframes.
