What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can combine product support, data analysis, business operations, and full-stack development while collaborating across teams and contributing to quality, data-driven outcomes.

At Linways Technologies, I support enterprise SaaS clients by triaging issues, validating data, managing configurations, and documenting critical incidents to meet SLAs. I analyze usage and support trends, create structured reports, and work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to improve workflows.

I've also built Flask/MySQL assessment platforms, Power BI dashboards, and an AWS-deployed React, Node.js, and MongoDB event management application. My work spans Python, SQL, data quality, reporting, machine learning, client onboarding, and technical support.
