I am a passionate hospitality professional with a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bishkek State University, set to graduate in 2024. My journey in the hospitality industry began in April 2022 at Maxx Royal Hotel in Turkey, where I honed my skills in providing high-end service and ensuring smooth guest experiences. My role involved greeting guests, fulfilling special requests, and managing in-room dining, which allowed me to develop a keen understanding of guest needs and preferences.

Following my time in Turkey, I worked as a Receptionist at Ramada by Wyndham in Bishkek, where I efficiently handled check-ins and check-outs, managed bookings, and coordinated with various hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. My experience has equipped me with the ability to provide discreet and professional service, and I am excited to continue my career in hospitality, aiming to create memorable experiences for guests.
