I’m looking for a role where I can lead credit and collections strategy, resolve escalations and disputes, and improve Order to Cash recovery through SOPs, stakeholder management, and measurable process improvement.

I’m a senior Credit and Collections professional with 10+ years of international experience across Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, and process improvement. I’ve managed complex portfolios across NAMER, APAC, and EMEA, combining commercial judgement with clear communication and thoughtful stakeholder management.

I focus on sustainable results through collections strategy, escalation resolution, and building SOPs to improve recovery performance. I also develop teams through training and constructive feedback, strengthen dispute resolution, and drive continuous improvement in cash management and financial reporting.
