I’m looking for remote opportunities with U.S. law firms where I can own client intake, coordinate medical records, track deadlines, and manage privileged documentation—bringing bilingual EN/ES interpretation and reliable remote operations to support attorneys and caseloads.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. law firms and corporations in personal injury matters and administrative operations.

Currently embedded with a U.S. law firm (DuBois Law Firm), I manage client intake for an active caseload—conducting structured interviews, coordinating documentation with medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal adjusters, and handling privileged document workflows with precision and discretion.

I also process and track medical records requests and billing through ChartSwap and secure digital platforms, while maintaining HIPAA and legal privacy compliance. I organize, index, and maintain digital case files and client databases in Box and internal CRM systems, and monitor case deadlines, attorney calendars, and email queues as the centralized remote operations point.

Previously at Teleperformance, I delivered high-volume bilingual (EN/ES) client support and was promoted to Supervisor Back-Up, overseeing performance, coaching new hires, monitoring KPIs, and producing operational reports in Excel—consistently meeting SLA and CSAT targets. I bring strong client communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to every remote-first environment I support.
