What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior remote role where I can untangle complex operations, improve processes and put practical AI to work. I value clear responsibilities, thoughtful teams, autonomy and companies building something genuinely useful. Open to process improvement, business operations and AI adoption roles, as well as strong client-side localization opportunities.

I’ve spent 26 years in global language operations, moving from hands-on localization into leading teams, redesigning workflows and making complex operations work better. I built and led a global function spanning 140+ specialists, helped scale generative AI across 3,000+ production workflows, and set up a recurring AI quality evaluation framework covering 50+ languages. Earlier, I cut language-production lead time by 50% and reduced external language spend by an average 26% across the programs reviewed.

What I enjoy most is not “transformation” for its own sake, but taking something messy, figuring out what is actually wrong, and making it simpler, clearer and more useful.

I’m now looking for a senior remote role in process improvement, business operations or practical AI adoption, ideally in an international company doing something useful. I’m also open to strong client-side localization roles where my background is directly relevant.
