At Lumenalta, I was part of teams building QA for client platforms. On a property-restoration engagement, I automated about 200 Qase test cases in Playwright and helped maintain the suite as it moved from Python to TypeScript.

At BairesDev, I built a QA process from scratch for an accounting-software client, including coded UI and API regression tests running in CI. On a later healthcare-data engagement, I helped raise test coverage by 40% and cut client-reported bugs by more than half.
