At F3 Capital, I built the QA function from scratch for a team with no prior automation, hired and led 4 engineers, and shipped a TypeScript + Playwright framework covering Web and API layers. That work cut regression time by 60% and improved delivery predictability by 50% through CI/CD integration (Jenkins) running 500+ tests per build with parallelized execution.

Across backend-heavy systems, I bring hands-on Playwright and API-testing depth with Java/Selenium and REST Assured suites. At Meta (payments), I led test strategy for a high-criticality system, cutting production bugs by 40%, reaching 85%+ coverage on critical backend functionality, and rolling out Allure Report dashboards that cut team decision time by 30%. At TCS, my Java/Selenium/REST Assured framework was adopted by 3 teams and increased API test coverage by 70%.

Currently at K2 Partnering Solutions, I serve as the informal technical quality reference across consulting engagements, setting test strategy without a formal management title. On the AB InBev project, I’m testing a COBOL/CICS migration from Micro Focus to Raincode, maintaining Playwright/TypeScript automation across API and UI layers, and owning CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). I also mentor junior/mid engineers and use Claude Code day to day—while keeping a critical, non-black-box approach.
