At HCL Technologies I addressed audited banking queries by meticulously verifying customer and transaction data, detecting and rectifying discrepancies, and examining exception emails while meeting SLA targets. I ensured compliance, precise documentation, and maintained data confidentiality in all query-handling activities.

I am currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and developing technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI to grow into data and business-oriented roles. My academic background includes a BSc in Statistics & Mathematics, which supports my strengths in data visualization and statistical modeling.
