I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst skilled in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI. I focus on data cleaning, data analysis, and dashboard creation to uncover insights that support business decision-making.

In my current role as an Operations Associate at AuthBridge, I cleaned, validated, and structured candidate datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. I also conducted background verification checks by analyzing employment, education, and address data, maintaining updated records in internal systems to meet compliance and data quality standards.

Through my projects, I built a Retail Sales ETL pipeline using Python (Pandas) to clean and transform raw data into profitability metrics analyzed in SQL Server. I used SQL techniques like CTEs and Window Functions to evaluate sales performance, rank products by region, and analyze YoY growth, while reviewing monthly revenue and category performance to identify trends.

I also developed a Food Delivery Customer Behavior Analysis workflow by extracting and evaluating transactions with SQL. I performed customer segmentation, assessed user acquisition channels and engagement trends for churn risk, and used Window Functions and CTEs to study retention patterns and customer activity over time.
