I'm completing an MSc in Medical Epigenomics at Radboud University, using R, Python, and Linux Bash to investigate genomic and epigenomic data for personalized medicine.
At the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, I explored relationships between genetics and language acquisition, performing population genetics analyses with GREML on Lifelines cohort data and building a large-scale analysis pipeline using Nibbler and Gridmaster.
Previously at CMBI and RIMLS, I analyzed methylation-associated genetic variation, developed independent workflows for large datasets, and optimized an scNT-sequencing protocol. My work has contributed to a bioRxiv multi-omics preprint, and I’m motivated to push innovative omics approaches in healthcare.
