At Nazarbayev University, I collect and analyze institutional data to support strategic planning and data-driven decisions. I develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations on enrollment, retention, graduation, and institutional performance.
As an Advisor in the Data Unit, I processed academic records for 150 students and identified a key reason for low academic performance, informing a new approach to advising students on probation. I also built four reports and visual dashboards for academic decision-making.
Through EduTrack, I built an MVP Telegram bot to automate teacher feedback collection and parental reporting. I also developed data science projects, including a churn prediction system that achieved 78% accuracy and an NLP solution using a Kazakh-language dataset.
