At InDrive, I designed and analyzed two-week A/B tests for driver-facing features, defining success metrics and launch recommendations. I also built and deployed inFleet analytics, which found fleet drivers had 22% more rides per hour and 41–56% higher monthly income than market benchmarks.

At the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I led development of PriceTracker, a real-time analytics product processing more than two million daily transactions across 12 economic sectors. It detected inflationary trends two to three weeks ahead of official statistics and supported policy decisions.

At the Port Authority of NY/NJ, I designed and executed more than 15 A/B tests that informed policy decisions and helped reduce peak violations by 23%. I also built forecasting models and KPI dashboards at the National Bank, and automated SQL-based analytics at Ernst & Young (EY).
