I'm looking for a Product Analyst or Data Analyst role in a product-driven team.

At BNK Financial Group, I own the product metric layer and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking retention, conversion, DAU/MAU, and revenue. Product and business stakeholders use them daily.

I design and analyse A/B tests for the mobile banking product, sizing samples up front and reporting statistical significance. I also rebuilt weekly reporting into automated pipelines, cutting turnaround from 4 hours to 30 minutes.

At Freedom Bank, I analysed behaviour across 200,000+ users to build cohorts and behavioural segments that informed retention and activation decisions. I automated LTV and CAC calculations in Python, replacing manual estimates with a repeatable model adopted as the team standard.

At Nurbank JSC, I analysed product profitability and transactional data, and automated recurring reports to save the team 10+ hours per week. My economics degree from HSE University (National Research University) gave me a foundation in econometrics and statistics.
