What I'm looking for

Use my background of environmental, technical, and engineering along with understanding of industrial utilitiesand the safety procedures, economics, and supply systems to lead a team through projects big and small to maximize efficiency and improve our culture.

At Tampa Electric Company’s QSTI, I lead air emissions testing programs across utility facilities and external industrial client portfolios.

I manage a five-person technical operations team, a $500K annual operating budget, and more than $2M in critical testing and operational assets. I secure projects ranging from $5K to $10K contracts through multi-year engagements valued up to $150K.

I work closely with permit engineers, industrial clients, regulatory agencies, and senior leadership to evaluate regulatory methods, adopt compliance technology, and turn engineering test outcomes into corrective operational strategies.

Across QSTI and Catalyst Air Management, I’ve built testing protocols and SOPs, led quality audits and technical training, maintained ASTM compliance, and delivered air emissions testing aligned with EPA, state, and permit requirements.
