At Business Network International (BNI), I coordinate onboarding and ongoing success activities for new and first-year members, helping them adopt programs and access the resources they need.

I manage structured follow-up, account-health information, CRM records, and proactive check-ins across a member portfolio. I maintain customer satisfaction above 90% while resolving routine issues and escalating complex concerns to the right internal partners.

I also support English- and French-speaking members across North American markets, educate customers through conversations and follow-up materials, and contribute to colleague training and knowledge sharing.

Earlier, I guided prospects and community partners at El Amal and coordinated international shipments, documentation, and service follow-up at ID Logistics. I bring organized execution, clear communication, and attentive support to every customer lifecycle stage.
